- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Stopped in at this bank to get a roll of quarters for the laundry machine and they wouldn't help me. You have to have an account with Trustco. Seriously?! - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I switched to this bank-randomly. Actually I went in for a roll of quarters and ended up with a checking account. I left my previous bank because they were charging me $9.99/month on my checking for not having over $1500 in it- had to do something! The whole process was quick and simple and the staff were all knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks, from a college student. The only thing that is 'Odd' are the Tuesday hours but everything else is good.By Angela N, December 22, 2016
