- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Not sure what happened to her and this office. I have been a customer for over ten years and service has recently become nonexistent. I received letter stating my rates could increase due to updated 'garaging' location that had changed for my vehicle. WTH? I've lived at the same address for around 15 years. I called when I got home from work and reached the State Farm answering service who reviewed my account and said no changes had been made so not sure why I received that letter. They emailed Ms Mahoney asking her to contact me the following day. That was last week. Also, I started polling my friends and my rate is around $300 more a year for same coverage with no accidents etc, even with my homeowners policy with them as well. I plan to purchase new car shortly and you can bet I'll be taking my business elsewhere. To bad, service was great when I signed on.By Mac Bratt, December 20, 2016
